Qualifications and Skills

  • 1-3 years of experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to meet recruitment targets and quotas
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in office software, particularly Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with resume screening and applicant tracking systems
  • Knowledge of current recruitment trends and best practices

  • Source potential candidates through various channels, including online platforms, job fairs, and social media
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates who meet the required qualifications
  • Conduct interviews to assess candidates' suitability for specific job roles
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide recommendations
  • Prepare and present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers for further evaluation
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and timely experience for both candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the company's database
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
  • Participate in networking events and industry conferences to build a strong professional network
