Job Summary:

We are looking for experienced US Staffing Recruiters specializing in IT and Non-IT roles, with mandatory expertise in JobDiva ATS . The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based clients, ensuring timely and quality placements across technical and non-technical domains. This hybrid role offers a balanced mix of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Recruitment:

- Source and recruit top IT talent for roles such as software engineers, DevOps professionals, cybersecurity analysts, cloud architects, data analysts, and IT project managers.
- Utilize JobDiva along with other platforms like Dice, Monster, and LinkedIn to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct technical screenings to assess proficiency in relevant programming languages, tools, and technologies.
- Negotiate contract terms and ensure compliance with US work authorizations (H1B, GC, OPT, etc.).

Non-IT Recruitment:

- Recruit for non-technical roles such as HR specialists, financial analysts, marketing executives, sales managers, and administrative professionals.
- Leverage JobDiva and other tools to source candidates and manage the recruitment lifecycle.
- Evaluate soft skills, cultural fit, and role-specific expertise during candidate assessments.
- Partner with clients to ensure alignment with job specifications and candidate qualifications.

General Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with US clients to understand their hiring needs, job descriptions, and organizational goals.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating feedback.
- Maintain accurate records in JobDiva and generate reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for IT and Non-IT positions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and client requirements to refine recruitment strategies.

Qualifications:

- 6 months to 5 years of experience in US staffing (IT and/or Non-IT).
- Graduation Must
- Hands-on experience with JobDiva ATS is mandatory.
- Familiarity with US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and visa classifications (H1B, GC, OPT, etc.)- 95% on W2 only
- Expertise in using Dice, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
