Qualification
Graduate or Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment is mandatory.

Role Description
Sahay Consultancy Group is looking for a

Recruiter

to handle the full recruitment cycle, ensuring that both the company and its clients hire qualified candidates efficiently. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers to meet workforce needs. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple job openings across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Strategy & Planning:
Design and implement an effective recruiting strategy.
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.

Candidate Sourcing & Screening:
Prepare recruitment materials and post job openings on relevant platforms (job boards, newspapers, colleges, etc.).
Source candidates through databases, social media, and other channels.
Review resumes and applications to shortlist suitable candidates.

Interview & Selection Process:
Conduct interviews using structured methods and selection tools to assess candidates.
Evaluate applicants' knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitude.
Act as a point of contact and maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the hiring process.

Onboarding & Process Management:
Facilitate the onboarding process to help new hires integrate effectively.
Monitor and apply HR recruitment best practices.
Provide well-documented recruitment reports and insights to the team.
