customization and integration with their business processes. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules for various business processes (CRM, HR, Inventory, Accounting, etc.). 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design scalable solutions. 
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented Python code within the Odoo framework. Customize Odoo's front-end components using XML, JavaScript, and QWeb templates. Integrate Odoo with third-party systems using APIs (REST, XML-RPC). 
  • Debug and troubleshoot existing customizations, ensuring the highest level of performance and usability. Conduct database management and optimization for Odoo's PostgreSQL database. Provide technical support, resolve bugs, and perform system upgrades as needed. Collaborate with QA teams to ensure quality deliverables. 
  • Participate in project discussions, providing technical insights and suggestions. 

Skills and Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 4 years of experience in Odoo development. 
  • Proficiency in Python programming and the Odoo ORM framework. Knowledge of PostgreSQL database and database design principles. 
  • Experience with front-end technologies like XML, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Familiarity with Odoo web services and API integration.
