Role Overview
The Assistant Training Manager / Deputy Training Manager is responsible for managing and delivering the training activities for their assigned zones (East + South). To be based at Bangalore corporate office. They work closely with the Division Training Head to ensure effective execution of training programs, conduct needs analysis, develop content, and report training impact.
Key Responsibilities
Training Needs Analysis (TNA):
- Conduct detailed TNA across assigned zones to identify learning and development needs.
- Collaborate with zonal sales leaders and HR to validate training requirements.
Gap Inventory & Cohort Formation:
- Publish gap inventories based on performance data and TNA findings.
- Form learning cohorts for targeted training interventions.
Training Program Execution:
- Plan and deliver effective training programs within the zones.
- Facilitate both classroom and virtual training sessions.
- Coordinate logistics for training programs (venues, resources, participant lists, etc.).
Content Development:
- Develop and customize training content to meet the specific needs of the zones.
- Ensure all content is compliant with corporate guidelines and relevant SOPs.
Data Analytics & Reporting:
- Track the performance and impact of training interventions through data analytics.
- Prepare and publish detailed reports on training activities, progress, and effectiveness.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with zonal heads, sales teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination of training sessions.
- Regularly update division leadership on training progress and outcomes.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with other Training Managers to ensure consistency across divisions.
- Share best practices and resources with peers across other zones.
Additional Tasks:
- Take on any other tasks or projects assigned by the Division Training Head.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in training processes and methodologies.
