Co-ordination with sales Team and plan shipments based on customers requirement .

• Checking daily stock with plant & based on that release the daily invoicing plan

• Preparation of Pre /Post export documents

• Co-ordination with manufacturing sites for movement of shipments.

• To ensure there isn’t any additional cost incurred in form of detention or any extra charges and plan shipment accordingly.

• Negotiation with Freight Forwarder for Freight rates.

• Co-ordination with Freight forwarder, Transporter & Custom Broker for smooth sailing of shipment.

• Shipment intimation to the Customers

• Verification of Post shipment documents and submitting documents to banks within the stipulated time period

• Handling Customer Queries

• Handling all the audit related queries.

• Well versed in handling both LCL and FCL shipments.

• Complete Knowledge of preparing documents under Letter of Credit and LC Clause.

• Proficient in working on ERP system –TCS ION/SAP HANA

• Preparing Certificate of Origin/GSP, Insurance certificate and bank realisation certificates

• Liaising with shipping companies & Custom Broker’s.

• Preparing MIS reports,.

• Check and close IDPMS and EDPMS open transactions


Qualications requirement


Should be a graduate in any field

Candidates should have min 2 years' experience in export coordination Executive level.

Good communication skills
