Present Role – Senior Relationship Manager – Capital Markets

Reporting – Managing Director

Key Responsibilities

  • Take over qualified leads passed on by the business development or marketing team
  • Conduct discovery calls, pitch presentations, and in-depth conversations with CXOs, founders, or leadership teams
  • Create compelling proposals, manage commercial negotiations, and handle all aspects of deal structuring
  • Drive deals from mid-to-late sales stages to closure with a focus on speed, alignment, and client satisfaction
  • Work closely with advisory and execution teams to ensure smooth handoff and onboarding
  • Track conversion metrics, maintain CRM hygiene, and provide regular updates to leadership
  • Nurture long-term client relationships and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities post-engagement
  • Open to travel for business/client engagements across locations.

Required Skill Sets

  • Strong communicator and negotiator, able to win trust and handle complex conversations
  • Highly organized, with a goal-oriented and execution-driven mindset
  • Understanding of financial advisory, fundraising, or professional services business models
  • Analytical thinker with problem-solving skills

Qualifications

  • MBA in Finance and Marketing
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in B2B sales, transaction advisory, or consultative selling
  • Proven track record of closing mid-to-high ticket deals independently
  • Experience working with CRM tools and managing multiple opportunities simultaneous
