Sales Intern

We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Intern our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting sales operations, tracking sales transactions, maintaining records, and performing reconciliations, among other tasks. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.Key Responsibilities:Sales Data Management: Accurately maintain sales data in CRM/SAP to ensure timely and accurate reporting.Order Tracking: Monitor and track sales orders, ensuring all transactions are recorded and processed efficiently.Sales Entry: Input sales-related information into CRM/SAP based on confirmations, invoices, and other documents.Reconciliation: Conduct reconciliations of sales records, customer accounts, and invoices to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.Documentation: Prepare documents related to sales orders, payments, and customer transactions, ensuring compliance with internal and external policies.Audit Support: Assist in sales-related audits by providing necessary documentation and information as requested.Additional Tasks: Perform any other duties assigned by the manager to support the sales team and overall organizational goals.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, or related field preferred.Proficiency in CRM, SAP, or similar ERP systems is highly desirable.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
