Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Marketing and Sales Intern. The intern will assist in developing and executing marketing strategies, performing market research to identify opportunities, and contributing to our sales efforts. Responsibilities include engaging with potential customers, building relationships, and ensuring top-notch customer service. The intern will play a vital role in enhancing our visibility and promoting our offline dating experiences. QualificationsStrong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to effectively engage with potential customers and foster relationships.Experience or knowledge in Market Research and Marketing Strategy to identify opportunities and promote services effectively.Sales skills to contribute to achieving business growth objectives and developing strategic partnerships.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.Benefits•Basic Stipend of 15,000, incremental to upto 25,000( performance-based)•5 days working per week•flexible internship period•Menstrual leave•Accommodating working hours.
