Our approach keeps real estate simple, transparent, and results-driven.Role SummaryYou will manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to closure, ensuring high-qualityclient interactions, timely site visits, and accurate CRM updates. The ideal candidate brings priorreal estate experience, strong communication, and familiarity with the Noida market.Key Responsibilities● Qualify leads, understand client needs, and present suitable property options.● Organize and conduct site visits with prospective buyers.● Maintain lead information, follow-ups, and sales records in CRM.● Negotiate and close transactions with professionalism.● Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate documentation, payments, and legalformalities.● Stay updated on property projects and market trends.Requirements● 1-3 years experience in real estate● Strong communication in English and Hindi● Knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel● Experience in Noida market is preferred.What We Offer● Performance-based incentives: ₹500 per site visit + 1% on revenue.● Paid leave benefits: 14 Casual Leaves, 12 Sick Leaves with Weekly off every Tuesday.● Structured training and support to strengthen sales skills.● Clear career path with the opportunity to be promoted and lead your own team.
