We focus on transforming one-time shoppers into loyal subscribers, offering a user-friendly customer portal and personalized cancellation flows to reduce churn. We handle complex processes like payment recovery and bulk operations, allowing brands to concentrate on growth. Currently, over 4,000 Shopify merchants, ranging from emerging DTC brands to established companies, trust our reliable platform and dedicated support team.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Manager located in Gurgaon. The Customer Success Manager will focus on ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. They will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, provide exceptional customer service, and utilize analytical skills to understand customer needs and solve problems. Daily tasks include engaging with customers, addressing their concerns, and helping them maximize the value from our subscription platform.
Qualifications
- Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention
- Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and understanding customer needs
- Proficiency in Relationship Building and maintaining client relationships
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience in the e-commerce or subscription sectors is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
