THE ROLE

ProductAnalysis and Customer Support as the name indicates, provides support toclients who use Temenos products. This includes either clients who are in theImplementing stage or clients who are already live on Temenos products. Allsupport requests from these clients are handled by PACS.

In this role you are expected to Collaborate with internal teams and understand requirements, analyze, and support case resolution with good experience in designingand developing clean, scalable web applications using MVC, , ,Entity Framework, and LINQ. Development experience working with .Net FrameworkCore, .Net Framework 4.0

OPPORTUNITIES Collaborate with internal teams and understand requirements, analyze, andsupport case resolution. Ability to quickly analyze cases, explore multiple approaches, and suggestoptimal solutions. Ability to produce estimations based on requirements. Support the Project Manager in preparation of hotfix deployment plans. Take full ownership of the implementation. Deliver Application features as per the release schedule and qualityexpectations. Interact with customers and internal teams during the entire Case Life Cycle. Enhance the efficiency of the Dev/test/release process. Research & track developments in the application modules. Drive technology learning and provide mentorship to your teams. Training and mentoring skills for the team. Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines. Do unit tests and deploy applications and systems SKILLS BE/B. Tech/MCA candidates with 10 years of Relevant Technicalexperience & Minimum of 2 years experience on leading a team. Ready to work for Product support team on US shifts Excellent written & Verbal skills with good stakeholder management Experience in analyzing and debugging web-basedapplications with hands-on in C#, , and JavaScript with excellent programming anddebugging skills. Expert in designing and developing clean, scalable web applications using MVC,, , Entity Framework, and LINQ. Development experience workingwith .Net Framework Core, .Net Framework 4.0 or later, Visual Studio 2019 and above. Good knowledge and skills in the areas of JavaScript, and IIS. Should have good knowledge of Service Integration Concepts (especiallyintegration with RESTFUL services/SOAP-based web services) Experience in designing web pages with HTML, JavaScript, CSS, CSS3, and jQueryin a Hand-coded environment with Good knowledge of JSON, XML, and XPath. Good understanding of standard protocols such as HTTP/HTTPS and sessionmanagement concepts Knowledge of Security concepts such as prevalent web vulnerabilities & Knowledge of SSO implementation would bean added advantage. Good SQLknowledge in designing and developing Databases in SQL Server which includesthe development of Stored Procedures and User Defined Functions using TransactSQL.
