Sr. Data Engineer/Lead – SQL Server

Job Location: Bangalore, Mysore, Coimbatore

Full time

Skills Required-Mandatory: T-SQL, SSIS, SSRS, Python and Power BI

Preferred: Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, Azure Data Lake Storage, Databricks, pySpark.

Delivery & Customer Focus:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring successful delivery of data and analytics solutions.
  • Translate complex customer requirements into scalable, high-impact data solutions.
  • Maintain a strong focus on stakeholder engagement and satisfaction, ensuring delivery meets or exceeds expectations.

Technology & Market Adaptation:

  • Architect and implement scalable, cloud-agnostic data solutions using technologies such as Big Data, streaming Platforms Databricks, Snowflake, Redshift, python, pyspark, Kafka, SQL Server, PostgreSQL on any Cloud ( AWS/Azure/GCP)
  • Stay ahead of technology trends in data engineering, cloud computing, and big data platforms to ensure competitive offerings.
  • Evaluate and adopt emerging tools and frameworks that enhance productivity, performance, and innovation.

Job Description:

  • 8+Years Handson experience in Design, Develop, Deploy and Monitor
  • 5+Years Working experience in building Transactional (OLTP) and Analytic systems (Data warehouse and Data Lake and Lakehouse).
  • 7+Years Demonstrated proficiency with complex T-SQL queries, stored procedures, query tuning and optimization.
  • Data Extraction Pipelines in Python to process both Structured (SQL) and Un-Structured Data (NOSQL).
  • Strong working knowledge in Dev-Ops SDLC methodology.
  • Team player who will work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced problem-solving and organization skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and documentation skills.
