This full-time role is responsible for managing the end-to-end AR process, including claim follow-ups, denial resolution, payer communication, and process documentation. The ideal candidate will work closely with US healthcare providers and insurance payers to ensure timely payments, reduce outstanding AR, and enhance overall revenue performance.Key QualificationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills for reviewing aging reports, resolving claim issues, and identifying trendsExperience in accounts receivable, medical billing, or RCM-related processesExcellent written and verbal communication skills for professional interaction with clients and payersHands-on experience in AR follow-up, claim status check, denial management, and collectionsUnderstanding of invoicing procedures, payment posting, and documentation accuracyHighly organized with strong time-management skills and ability to meet deadlinesExperience working with medical billing software, clearinghouses, or RCM platforms, plus knowledge of HIPAA compliance is an added advantage
