If you enjoy bringing structure, coordination, and momentum to sales operations, this role is for you.🎯 Key Responsibilities: - Manage the complete sales cycle (lead → proposal → closure) - Plan & execute sales programs aligned to business goals - Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, MIS, Product & Finance to ensure smooth delivery - Track pipeline progress, remove blockers, and ensure funnel movement - Prepare & deliver client proposals, pitches, and presentations - Maintain strong client & internal stakeholder relationships - Build & analyze MIS dashboards to drive insights & decisions - Ensure CRM/MIS data accuracy and effective usage across teams✅ Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred - Experience in sales/sales operations is a must - Strong exposure to sales cycle management & program execution - Proficient in CRM & MIS tools - Excellent communication, presentation & coordination skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment - preference for Excel/advanced Excel candidate
