Every day is a mix of sales, hiring, delivery, and problem-solving — and we like it that way.The RoleYou’ll be the Founder’s right hand across both companies — handling everything from sales calls and client onboarding to urgent hiring needs and account management.If the Founder is doing it, you’ll be doing it. No fluff, no “strategy decks,” no waiting around. This is pure execution at a fast clip.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive outbound sales, run pitch calls, and close new businessSource, interview, and onboard top candidates for client rolesManage client accounts to ensure flawless and fast deliveryCoordinate across designers, developers, recruiters, and media buyers to keep projects on trackJump into urgent, high-impact tasks without hesitationSolve problems before they hit the Founder’s deskRequirementsMust be located within 20–25 minutes of office in Peddar road, Worli (Mumbai)2–3+ years of experience in at least two of these: sales, hiring/recruitment, account management, operationsProven track record of delivering results under extreme deadlinesExcellent English communication skills (written and spoken)Zero ego, thrives in high-pressure, hustle-heavy environmentsAvailable to work late nights and weekends when neededBased in Mumbai and able to work from Peddar Road office regularlyWhy You’ll Love (or Hate) This RoleIf you want a fixed schedule and “work-life balance,” don’t apply.
