At Pepper, you will: Handling daily end-to-end recruitment Calling up prospective candidates for job pitch Handling all the aspects of recruitment from sourcing the candidates till the candidate joins the organization Sourcing prospective candidates by utilizing various methods, including internet job boards, LinkedIn, ad-reply, networking, direct sourcing, etc. Screening applicants' skills based on their resume and through interviews Following and supporting our recruiter in interviews and meetings Conduct and participate in organizing employee engagement events for new and existing employees The ideal candidate must : 0-1 year of experience Have a willingness to be flexible: Works beyond what is described in the job description. Ability to deliver results under pressure. Be able to multitask and work under strict deadlines Be able to work efficiently under minimal supervision Have excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
