Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Merchandiser located in New Delhi. The Merchandiser will be responsible for managing product displays, ensuring stock levels are maintained, and supporting promotional activities. This role involves working closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize product placement and enhance the customer experience. Daily tasks include assembling product displays, monitoring inventory levels, and interacting with customers to gain feedback on products and promotions.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Sales and Retail environments
  • Knowledge in Marketing
  • Ability to organize and manage product displays effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work on-site in New Delhi
  • Previous experience in merchandising or a related field is a plus
