Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm, providing expert advice and product knowledge.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
- Understand and communicate the unique qualities and craftsmanship of each piece of jewelry.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit transactions.
- Maintain the visual standards of the store, including displays and overall cleanliness.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring the store is always stocked with popular items.
- Assist in merchandising, including setting up new displays and rearranging existing ones.
- Stay informed about current jewelry trends and new arrivals in the store.
- Provide support for special events, promotions, and other store activities.

Qualifications:

- Previous retail experience, preferably in jewelry or luxury goods.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- A genuine interest in jewelry and an ability to learn about various types of gemstones, metals, and designs.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Proficiency in basic computer operations and point-of-sale systems.
