For more details, please visit official website: Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Zonal Sales Manager, available across multiple locations PAN India: North Zone: Delhi, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana South Zone: Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Telangana East Zone : Bihar, Odisha, Jharkhand, West Bengal West Zone: Maharashtra, Gujarat, Rajasthan Central Zone : Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Odisha The Zonal Sales Manager will oversee and manage sales operations within their designated zone, develop and execute sales strategies, foster strong customer relationships, and drive revenue growth. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, leading a sales team, preparing and delivering sales reports, and collaborating with other departments to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities - Own and achieve regional sales targets given by the company. - Build and manage relationships with hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers. - Conduct product demos and negotiate deals with decision-makers. - Collaborate with service and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and installation. - Report weekly progress, maintain CRM entries, and forecast sales pipeline. - Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities. - Leverage digital marketing and referral programs for lead generation. - Ensure high customer satisfaction and post-sale support. Desired Candidate Profile - Minimum 5 years of experience in medical equipment sales, Pharmaceutical or healthcare B2B sales. - Strong network in regional hospitals and healthcare institutions. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting dashboards. - Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned zone. - Understanding of refurbished equipment market and value-based selling Qualifications Experience in sales management, business development, and customer relationship management (CRM) Knowledge of medical equipment sales, such as CT, MRI, PETCT, Gamma Camera, and Cath Lab scanners Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Prior experience in the healthcare or medical equipment industry is a plus What We Offer At Edge Medical Solutions, we offer a dynamic work environment, competitive compensation, performance-based incentives, and opportunities for career growth.
