Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Solar Technician, based in Ahmedabad with some work-from-home acceptable. The Solar Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting solar power systems, ensuring efficient power generation. Daily tasks include conducting site assessments, performing system checks, and making necessary repairs or adjustments to optimize system performance. Qualifications Knowledge and experience with Solar Systems and Solar PowerFamiliarity with the Solar IndustryProficiency in Troubleshooting and maintaining power generation systemsExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and in a team environmentRelevant certifications or training in solar technology is a plusBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field is preferredStrong communication skills and ability to follow safety protocols
