As a member of the Support organization, your focus is to deliver post-sales support and solutions to the Oracle customer base while serving as an advocate for customer needs. This involves resolving post-sales non-technical customer inquiries via phone and electronic means, as well as, technical questions regarding the use of and troubleshooting for our Electronic Support Services. Job Description

In this senior role, the successful candidate will spearhead the implementation and optimization of Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) Cloud solutions. The position requires extensive expertise in Oracle SCM Cloud modules and a proven track record of delivering successful projects.

Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle SaaS SCM solutions, including solution design, configuration, customization, and integration with existing systems. Serve as the primary point of contact for all Oracle SCM-related initiatives, providing strategic guidance and thought leadership to stakeholders. Collaborate closely with business leaders to understand requirements, develop solution strategies, and ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Provide mentorship and guidance to project teams, including functional consultants, technical specialists, and business analysts, to ensure the successful delivery of projects. Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities to empower end users with Oracle SCM Cloud functionalities and best practices. Proactively manage stakeholder expectations, communicate project milestones, risks, and issues, and drive resolutions in a timely manner. Stay abreast of emerging trends, innovations, and enhancements in the Oracle SCM Cloud ecosystem, evaluating their impact and advocating for adoption where applicable. Serve as the subject matter expert on Oracle SCM Cloud within the organization, offering guidance, troubleshooting assistance, and strategic insights.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Over 10 years of hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle SCM Cloud solutions, with expertise in modules such as Procurements, Inventory and Order Management. Understanding of ERP Financials will be an added advantage. In-depth understanding of Oracle SCM Cloud architecture, data models, security features, and integration capabilities. Proven track record of leading large-scale Oracle SCM Cloud implementation projects, including global deployments and complex organizational structures. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Exceptional problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and a customer-centric approach to solution delivery. Oracle SCM Cloud certifications such as Oracle Cloud Financials Certified Implementation Specialist are highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to drive innovation, foster collaboration, and deliver measurable business outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
