We're seeking an experienced Cloud Solutions Architect to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure practice, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, secure, and efficient cloud-based solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement cloud-based solutions on Azure and GCP, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS offerings.
  • Define and implement cloud security best practices, including access control, data encryption, and threat detection.
  • Automate cloud infrastructure provisioning and management using infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible).
  • Optimize cloud resource utilization and costs by identifying and implementing cost-saving measures.
  • Monitor and maintain cloud environments, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex cloud-related issues.
  • Perform regular security audits and penetration testing of cloud environments.
  • Implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans for cloud-based applications.
  • Lead cloud migration projects, including planning, assessment, and execution.
  • Assist in modernizing existing applications to leverage cloud-native technologies and services.
  • Document cloud architecture, configurations, and operational procedures.
  • Share knowledge and best practices with team members through documentation, presentations, and workshops.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong foundational knowledge of cloud computing principles: IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, virtualization, networking, security.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure and GCP services: Compute, storage, networking, security, databases, analytics.
  • Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools: Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages: Python, Bash, PowerShell.
  • Experience with containerization technologies: Docker, Kubernetes.
  • Strong understanding of networking protocols: TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, load balancing.
  • Experience with security best practices: IAM, encryption, vulnerability management, threat detection.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
