Requirements

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Recruiter / Senior Recruiter to join our growing team. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent in the IT technology domain, specifically focusing on Cloud ,  Generative AI, Embedded Systems, IoT, Digital, Data Science, and SAP . Your expertise in talent acquisition strategies, coupled with a passion for technology, will be crucial in identifying and attracting exceptional candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing and Screening:
Utilize various sourcing channels (, job boards, social media, referrals, and direct sourcing) to identify potential candidates.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates' qualifications and fit.
Candidate Pipeline Management:
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Manage candidate relationships effectively, providing timely feedback and updates.
Technical Screening:
Conduct technical assessments or coordinate with technical teams to evaluate candidates' skills and experience.
Interview Coordination:
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
Facilitate smooth communication between candidates and hiring teams.
