The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing and recruiting top talent within the IT technology domain, particularly in the areas of Embedded Systems, IoT, VLSI, Chip Design, and Semiconductor Engineering.

Designation: Recruiter / Senior Recruiter - IT Technology ( Embedded / IoT / VLSI / Chip / Semiconductor ) Location: Kolkata / Hybrid

Requirements

Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition:
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract top-tier candidates.
Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and assess technical skills.
Coordinate and schedule interviews
Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
Candidate Experience:
Provide a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Communicate effectively with candidates, keeping them informed and engaged.
Address candidate inquiries promptly and professionally.

Qualifications: Strong understanding of the IT technology landscape, especially in the areas of Embedded Systems, IoT, VLSI, Chip Design, and Semiconductor Engineering.
Proven ability to source and attract top talent in a competitive market.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Freshers with BTECH in Electronics & Telecommunication, with degree / diploma / certificate in Embedded / VLSI / Chip / Semiconductor / IoT technology also may apply
