Job Role:Key Responsibilities:1.SAP Implementation and Optimization:Lead the implementation, customization, and ongoing management of SAP solutions (e.g., S/4HANA, MM, SD, PP, FICO) tailored to the solar energy sector.Ensure seamless integration of SAP with renewable energy management tools, IoT devices, and energy storage systems.Perform system upgrades, troubleshoot issues, and provide end-user training.2.Digital Transformation Strategy:Develop and execute IT and digital transformation strategies to enhance business operations, resource management, and sustainability efforts.Identify emerging technologies (IoT, AI, data analytics) and integrate them into IT processes to improve efficiency across the solar energy supply chain.Drive process automation and digitization to streamline workflows and boost productivity.3.Data Management and Analytics:Leverage SAP systems and digital platforms to gather, analyze, and visualize data for actionable insights on solar energy production, resource consumption, and sustainability goals.Design dashboards and reporting tools to track KPIs and support data-driven decision-making.4.IT Infrastructure and Security:Oversee IT infrastructure, including cloud platforms, energy management systems, and IoT-enabled devices.Ensure cybersecurity measures are in place to protect sensitive information, systems, and operations.Maintain compliance with industry regulations and data protection standards.5.Collaboration and Leadership:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, engineering, finance, and supply chain, to align IT and digital initiatives with business objectives.Lead and mentor IT teams, fostering innovation and driving adoption of new technologies.6.Vendor and Stakeholder Management:Manage relationships with SAP service providers, IT vendors, and technology consultants.Communicate IT strategies, digital transformation goals, and project progress to key stakeholders.
