KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Data SecurityObjective: Ensure business data is secure and accessible in line with Information Security Management System (ISMS).Methods of Achievement: Plan and implement appropriate security measures.Measurement: Customer Satisfaction (C-SAT) outcomes, security/audit reports, absence of adverse impacts related to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.Business ContinuityObjective: Ensure business continuity in adverse situations.Methods of Achievement: Plan and implement Disaster Recovery (DR) and backup strategies.Measurement: Periodic DR drill outcomes, data backup & restore drills, compliance with ISMS guidelines.IT Budget – Long & Short TermObjective: Develop IT operational and strategic budgets for short and long terms.Methods of Achievement: Monitor and manage actual expenditure against budget.Measurement: Budget vs actual outcomes, deviation approvals, benchmarking with similar external organizations.IT Strategy RoadmapObjective: Continuously update the IT strategy for best-fit technology and operational synergy.Methods of Achievement: Scan technology horizon, prepare/revisit IT strategy, align IT strategy with business strategy.Measurement: Strategic advantage of the business with IT strategy, alignment of IT strategy with business objectives.Direct Reports:Lead SAP- Provides support to ensure uninterrupted business operations.Section Head - IT Infrastructure & SAP Basis : Ensures a robust, dependable, secure, and compliant IT facility per industry standards and best practices.Indirect Reports: Team of 15-20 peopleMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Education:Bachelor's Degree: B.E. / B. Tech in Electronics / Computer.Certifications:ISMS / ISO27001, ISO9000/TS16949.Experience:Minimum 18 years of relevant experience.Functional Skills:Domain knowledge of business/plant operations and maintenance.Expertise in PCL/SCADA, SAP ERP.Financial acumen for IT procurement, ROI, CAPEX/OPEX planning.IT security expertise in ISMS and related domains.Skills to manage and review technology partners.Experience in IT infrastructure and ERP project execution.Customer-centric approach for business customers.
