JOB TITLE: Technical Support and Lab Technologist

LOCATION: Vashi Navi Mumbai

Experience: 1-3 years

JOB ROLE: The Technical Support & Lab Technologist will play a key role in bridging technical support functions between the service & sales team. The individual will ensure timely technical assistance, manage lab operations, support on-site product validations, and contribute to market and customer analysis to aid strategic decision-making.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Laboratory function
  • Production of Analysis report
  • Trouble shooting based on analyses results
  • Assist customers on GMP for closure and preform production and relative trouble shootings

RESPONSIBLITIES:

  • Support the service team by providing laboratory analysis and technical insights to ensure quicker response and resolution times for customer queries and complaints.
  • Act as a technical resource to the Sales Team by offering in-depth product knowledge and assistance during customer discussions, presentations, and trials.
  • Liaise with various vendors for the procurement, maintenance, and calibration of lab equipment to ensure optimal operational efficiency.
  • Understand and implement customer-specific testing protocols and ensure adherence during product development and improvement activities.
  • Assist in the analysis of customer research, market trends and competitor product performance to identify opportunities for product development and business growth.
  • Assist costumers on GMP for closure and preform production and relative trouble shootings

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

ESSENTIAL: Diploma/Degree in Engineering

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

ESSENTIAL: 1 -2 years of experience in the laboratory function in the Closure convertor Industry or Beverage Filling Plants

DESIRABLE: Experience in the Beverages or Plastic industry

DESIRABLE SKILL SETS:
