A Fearless Sales Professional

You thrive on the challenge of cold calling. Rejection doesn't shake you—it fuels you. You have the tenacity and courage to break through gatekeepers, engage decision-makers, and open doors for our VP of Sales.

This is a high-impact sales role where you will be responsible for proactively identifying and engaging potential clients, setting up high-value meetings, and expanding STEPS Talent's market reach. Your ability to build relationships, articulate our value, and generate new business opportunities will be crucial to your success.

What You'll Do:

  • Outbound Sales & Lead Generation – Proactively reach out via cold calls, emails, and outreach to engage IT hiring decision-makers at mid-market and enterprise companies.
  • Appointment Setting – Secure high-value meetings for the VP of Sales by navigating corporate hierarchies and overcoming objections.
  • Client Engagement – Build strong relationships with IT leaders, understand their hiring pain points, and effectively position STEPS Talent as the solution.
  • CRM & Sales Process Execution – Utilize a CRM ( Sales Navigator expertise is a must; Dynamics 365 Sales is highly desired) to manage prospect interactions, track activity, and optimize outreach strategies.
  • AI-Driven Selling – Leverage our patent-pending AI technology to demonstrate our precision-driven hiring methodology to prospects.

  • CRM & Sales Navigator Expertise – Experience using a CRM is required; proficiency in Sales Navigator is a must. Experience with Dynamics 365 Sales is highly desired.
