About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team. The SDR will be responsible for identifying and generating sales opportunities through outbound activities. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can manage a high volume of calls, nurture leads, and set qualified meetings for Account Executives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make 60-80 outbound calls per day ( calls per month).
- Book 5-8 qualified meetings per week (20-30 meetings per month).
- Conduct company and industry research to understand pain points.
- Prepare personalized outreach messages via Email/LinkedIn.
- Conduct qualification calls, pitch products/services, and set up meetings.
- Update CRM with essential properties after each call (classification, notes, next steps).
- Nurture leads by sending follow-up emails, calls, and LinkedIn messages.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

- Closing rate: 20%
- 4-6 new clients per month
- Revenue target will be there

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in any field preferably Business, Marketing, or IT.
- 1+ year of experience in B2B outbound sales (preferred).
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
