Job Title: Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategist – Entertainment & MediaLocation: HyderabadExperience: 5+ YearsEmployment Type: Intially it will be contractAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Go-To-Market Strategist with a strong background in marketing, entertainment, and media to lead the launch of our concept-based video projects. This individual will be responsible for crafting and executing strategies to successfully position, promote, and scale our video content in target markets.Key Responsibilities: - Develop a comprehensive GTM strategy for concept-based video content, aligning with business goals and brand vision. - Identify target audiences and create tailored marketing strategies to maximize reach and engagement. - Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to inform campaign direction. - Collaborate with content creators, production teams, and marketing to ensure effective storytelling and positioning. - Design and execute multi-channel distribution strategies (digital platforms, social media, OTT, partnerships, etc.). - Establish and manage partnerships with media houses, influencers, and distribution platforms. - Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and optimize campaigns for ROI and engagement. - Provide leadership and insights on branding, messaging, and audience monetization models.Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in marketing/brand strategy, ideally within entertainment, media, or digital content domains. - Proven track record of designing and executing successful GTM campaigns for content-driven products. - Strong understanding of consumer behavior in entertainment/media and current digital content trends. - Expertise in digital marketing, influencer marketing, and content distribution. - Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills. - Ability to work collaboratively with creative and technical teams.
