The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and executing high-quality visual content that drives engagement and brand awareness across platforms like Instagram, Linked In, and You Tube.Key Responsibilities:Design and publish engaging social media content using Canva’s advanced features.Create AI voiceover-based videos, animated avatars, and interactive presentations for reels, stories, and web.Edit and repurpose videos for You Tube Shorts, Instagram Reels, Linked In videos, etc.Work closely with the marketing and content team to plan campaigns and weekly content calendars.Stay updated on latest Canva features, social media trends, and best practices.Optimize visual assets for each platform to maximize visibility and engagement.Collaborate with video editors, animators, or influencers as needed for campaign delivery.Maintain brand consistency across all visual content.Required Skills:Strong command of Canva Pro, including AI voiceover, avatar design, and video editor tools.Experience in creating presentations, explainer videos, reels, carousels, and short-form content.Good understanding of Instagram, You Tube, Linked In algorithms and post formats.Basic knowledge of social media scheduling tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite.Eye for aesthetics, design alignment, and visual storytelling.Basic understanding of AI content creation tools (a plus).Ability to multitask and work in fast-paced environments.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.1–3 years of hands-on experience in social media content creation and design.Portfolio or Instagram/Linked In profile showcasing prior work is mandatory.What We Offer:A dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.Opportunities to work on impactful campaigns and grow your creative portfolio.Flexibility and ownership in content ideation and execution.Mentorship and learning opportunities from leading marketing professionals.
