Job OverviewWe are seeking a Junior HR Recruiter with a focus on the manufacturing industry to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time role that seeks individuals with one to three years of relevant work experience. The successful candidate will play a key role in sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding talent while adhering to industry regulations.

  • Understanding of manufacturing industry regulations to ensure compliance in recruitment processes.
  • Ability to perform labor market analysis, providing insights to improve recruitment strategies.
  • Experience with onboarding process management to facilitate smooth transitions for new hires.
  • Knowledge of diversity and inclusion strategies to promote a diverse workplace environment.
