Headquartered in Singapore with a presence in 4 countries, we aim to disrupt how enterprises adopt technology.About the Role:We are looking for Business Development / Inside Sales Associates (US Region) who will be primarily involved in identifying prospects and generating new opportunities across the United States. The candidate must understand Greentern’s and its clients’ offerings, problems solved, relevant industries, and client profiles—and deliver the right pitch to engage prospects while managing the relationship from there on.Responsibilities:Understand customer profiles, product details, scripts, and processes, and reach out to prospects to pitch solutions via cold calling, emailing, , and other outreach tools.Research and identify prospect information from multiple sources/databases, managing it in a structured and actionable format.Use multiple outreach channels Call, Email, , etc. to establish connections and generate interest in the US market.Ensure outreach and engagement follow company guidelines and brand positioningMaintain accurate documentation, trackers, dashboards, and analytics in a data-driven manner.Coordinate with cross-functional teams for clarifications, requirements, and to share feedback from prospects.Work in alignment with US business hours to maximize prospect engagement and conversions.Qualifications:1 to 4 years of relevant work experience in business development or inside sales for Software/IT/ITES organizations targeting the US market.Prior experience in US lead generation and sales development is strongly preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong command of English (both spoken and written).Hands-on experience managing multiple opportunities, meetings, clients, and deals simultaneously.Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities; proactive and able to handle uncertainty with minimal guidance.Familiarity with US sales culture, buyer behavior, and decision-making processes.Preference to those who are currently residing in US or CanadaProactive, willing to learn, and a strong team player.Perks:Remote position - Can work from anywhere5-day work weekAttractive incentives on achieving targets and milestonesMedical insurance
