Application Support Engineer

Minimum Requirements 2+ years of experience in SaaS or product-based technical support FinTech or trading-related platform support background (stocks, options, futures, or analytics tools) Excellent written English -> this is non-negotiable Proven ability to self-learn quickly and handle complex workflows independently Proficiency with Excel/CSV data handling Strong troubleshooting and reasoning skills Must complete internal product learning before starting live support Important: Candidates who “want to join to learn trading” will not be considered. You must already be comfortable with basic trading concepts and come prepared to apply them. Role Overview We are hiring a Platform Support Engineer to assist global traders using our trading analytics platform . This is a technical, product-centric support role — not a BPO or call-center position You will handle real-time user queries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a seamless platform experience while working directly with the founder-led team .
