Client: LTIMINDTREE Job Type: CONTRACT Role: Application Packaging Experience: 5+ Years Work Location: Hyderabad Payroll on : People Prime World Wide Notice : 0 to 15 days Primary Skill - Application Packaging, Powershell scripting & SMS installer Job description: Key Responsibilities Job Summary Seeking a Specialist with 5 to 7 years of experience in application packaging using Flexera Admin Studio to efficiently create and manage MSI packages within the EUC application packaging domain Job Description Expertise in application packaging using Flexera Admin Studio for creating reliable MSI packages Strong understanding of Windows Installer technology and MSI packaging standards Experience in converting legacy setups into MSI packages and creating transforms Familiarity with software deployment processes and packaging best practices within enterprise environments Knowledge of Windows operating systems Windows Registry and filesystem structure relevant to application packaging Ability to troubleshoot packaging and deployment issues effectively using diagnostic tools Understanding of packaging workflows aligned with EUC application packaging standards and frameworks Roles and Responsibilities Develop test and maintain MSI packages using Flexera Admin Studio Perform repackaging of legacy applications into MSI format ensuring compliance with organizational standards Collaborate with deployment teams to integrate packages into software distribution tools Analyze and resolve packaging and deployment failures using tools such as Proc Mon and Beyond Compare Document packaging procedures and maintain packaging repositories Support packaging automation efforts and scripting where applicable Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in application packaging and deployment Must be strong in scripting like Powershell & Batch scrip
