Learnyst is a fast-growing EdTech SaaS platform trusted by 12,000+ educators and 16 million learners . We help educators, coaching institutes, and enterprises create, market, and sell courses online securely, with DRM tech rivaling the best OTT platforms.
We've built a strong brand presence. Now, we need a Growth Manager to identify every gap in our marketing and sales efforts and lead new initiatives across all channels that directly drive business growth and revenue.
Role Overview:
As our Growth Manager , you'll be in charge of finding untapped opportunities, fixing leaks in our funnels, and launching creative, cross-channel initiatives that bring measurable results. You'll work closely with the marketing head and leadership to ensure Learnyst is not just visible, but constantly penetrating new markets and segments .
Roles and Responsibilities:
Gap Identification & Market Opportunities
- Audit all marketing, sales, and outreach activities to find gaps and improvement areas.
- Research competitors and industry trends to spot opportunities that Learnyst can own .
- Map the customer journey and fix drop-off points.
New Initiatives & Campaigns
- Launch creative growth initiatives across digital, influencer, partnership, webinar, and event channels.
- Experiment with unconventional marketing ideas to break into new market segments .
- Own lead-gen and conversion-focused campaigns from concept to execution.
Cross-Channel Management
- Ensure campaigns are consistent across social, email, ads, partnerships, and events .
- Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams for high-impact execution.
Measurement & Optimization
- Track KPIs for every initiative — leads, conversions, CAC, ROI.
- Double down on winning campaigns and pivot fast when something isn't working.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- 3–5 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or campaign management .
- Proven track record of identifying gaps and delivering measurable business results.
- Comfortable working across multiple channels — from digital ads to offline events .
- Highly creative, resourceful, and data-driven.
- Bias for action — you test, learn, and implement quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with the e-learning industry and knowledge of educational content trends is a plus.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to different audience segments and evolving trends.
