Urban Market Growth Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Urban Market Growth Manager to develop and implement strategies for acquiring new merchants and retailers in various segments. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in direct sales, team handling, and digital payment solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive strategy for merchant acquisition and relationship management.
- SOURCE, GENERATE, AND CLOSE NEW ACQUISITION & ACTIVATION SIGNING LEADS.
- Lead and manage a team of direct sales professionals to achieve sales targets.
- Coach and mentor the team on sales principles, practices, and techniques.
- Plan and implement promotional strategies to increase market penetration and visibility.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Requirements:
- Relevant sales experience with a proven track record of success.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to coach others.
- Extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices.
- Leadership and team building skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
