Position Overview:

We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Finance & Accounts Executive to oversee daily financial operations, ensure compliance with statutory regulations, and support strategic financial planning. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in accounting systems, GST compliance, and inventory management.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Accounts Management:

- Handle accounts receivable and payable processes with accuracy.

- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.

Financial Reporting:

- Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports.

- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.

Compliance & Taxation:

- Ensure timely and accurate GST filings and input credit reconciliation.

- Coordinate with auditors for statutory audits and tax submissions.

Inventory & Stock Control:

- Monitor stock levels and manage inventory accounting.

- Collaborate with warehouse/CFA teams for GRN and reconciliation.

ERP Operations:

- Operate within SAP modules for transaction processing and reporting.

- Maintain data integrity and support system enhancements.

🔹 Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

- 3+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles

- Proficiency in SAP and MS Excel

- Strong understanding of GST and statutory compliance

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Attention to detail and organizational skills
