This role is ideal for a strategic, customer-focused professional who thrives on building long-term partnerships, driving growth, and ensuring superior client satisfaction in a technical B2B environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAccount Ownership: Act as the single point of contact for key clients, ensuring proactive communication and seamless coordination.Retention & Growth: Strengthen relationships with existing clients by identifying expansion opportunities, cross-selling, and upselling Ecocare’s product portfolio.Technical Consultation: Collaborate with plant teams to understand cleaning and hygiene challenges, suggest optimized solutions, and validate performance results.Sales & Revenue Targets: Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals through effective account planning and execution.Client Visits & Reviews: Conduct regular on-site visits for performance review, training sessions, and solution validation.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.Market Intelligence: Track competitor activities, client feedback, and market trends to develop data-driven growth strategies.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Dairy Technology, Dairy Engineering, or Chemical Engineering.Experience: 3–6 years in Key Account Management or B2B Technical Sales within the Food, Beverage, or Dairy sector.Technical Expertise: Sound understanding of CIP (Cleaning-In-Place), COP (Cleaning-Out-of-Place), OPC (Open-Plant Cleaning), and Water Chemistry.Skills: Strong command of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.Languages: English and regional languages (as per territory).Required Soft SkillsStrategic Thinker: Ability to connect client needs with business opportunities.Excellent Communicator: Clear, persuasive, and professional in verbal and written interactions.Negotiator: Skilled in handling discussions that balance value and profitability.Ownership Mindset: Takes accountability and delivers measurable outcomes.Customer-Centric: Focused on ensuring client satisfaction and retention.Resilient & Agile: Handles challenges with composure in a dynamic environment.Time Management: Prioritizes effectively to balance multiple key accounts.Why Join Ecocare Technologies?High-Growth Company: Be part of a rapidly scaling organization redefining industrial hygiene in India.Learning Culture: Work directly with senior leadership and industry experts.Attractive Compensation: Competitive pay structure with performance-linked incentives.Eco-Driven Impact: Contribute to sustainable solutions that save water and reduce chemical waste.Work Flexibility: Balanced travel and office engagement with strong team collaboration.
