As we expand our global delivery capability, we are looking for an experienced Senior Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer to join our team in Chandigarh, India.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled engineer with 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Linux and Windows server administration, virtualisation platforms (Hyper-V, SolusVM, Proxmox), and hosting infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be an expert in cPanel/WHM, CloudLinux, and LiteSpeed, with a strong track record of managing private and public clouds, as well as clustered environments. This role also requires a solid understanding of IT services delivery within Managed Service Provider (MSP) and Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP)models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain Linux and Windows production servers.
  • Deploy, manage, and optimise Hyper-V, SolusVM, and Proxmox virtualisation platforms.
  • Set up and maintain hosting environments using cPanel/WHM, CloudLinux, and LiteSpeed.
  • Manage and monitor private clouds, public clouds, and clustered infrastructure.
  • Implement performance tuning, security hardening, and monitoring best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex server, networking, and hosting-related issues.
  • Configure DNS, SSL, email hosting, and backup systems for multiple client environments.
  • Work closely with technical teams to deliver scalable and high-availability infrastructure solutions.
  • Document infrastructure, configurations, and operational procedures.
  • Stay updated with the latest technologies, hosting tools, and security developments.

Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of experience in Linux and Windows server administration.
  • Strong experience with Hyper-V, SolusVM, and Proxmox.
  • Proven expertise with cPanel/WHM, CloudLinux, and LiteSpeed.
  • Experience managing private clouds, public clouds, and clusters.
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals, firewalls, and server security.
  • Understanding of MSP and MSSP service delivery models.
  • Troubleshooting and optimisation skills for production environments.
  • Familiarity with scripting and automation (Bash, PowerShell, or similar).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications such as RHCSA, RHCE, MCSA, VMware VCP, or equivalent.
  • Experience working in hybrid cloud environments.
  • Knowledge of backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
  • Awareness of compliance standards and security tools.
