Job Responsibilities:
Network Growth & Management:
Lead and expand high-power networks in the region. Manage a team of Area Managers. Engage with Nephrologists and onboard them as partners.Sales & Revenue Generation:
Develop a deep understanding of the company's offerings, competitors, and clients to maximize sales and revenue. Research and pursue prospective accounts, leading to successful agreements. Develop and implement strategies to achieve individual sales goals. Promote Peritoneal Dialysis (PD) and Home Hemodialysis (HHD) to generate leads and mature them.Client Relationship & Contract Management:
Prepare proposals and contracts to maximize profits while meeting client needs. Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers. Handle objections and negotiate to positive conclusions. Serve as the primary liaison with partners and engage in legal drafting and contract signing.Strategic Development:
Understand target markets and determine effective market strategies. Work with various governments on projects, including execution and project management. Develop a culture of competitive intelligence gathering. Collaborate with the marketing team for scheduled activities and participate in conferences. Organize events to promote CAPD & HHD.Job Specifications:
Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Healthcare, Pharma, Consulting, or relevant fields. Experience: 7 to 10 years in relevant industries. Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong market knowledge with P&L understanding. Ability to connect, influence, and network with key customers/stakeholders. Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications. Travel: 70% travel required. Behavioral Competencies: Negotiation & Persuasion: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to interact effectively with others. Ethical Integrity: Ethical in thought and action. Self-Motivation & Confidence: Confidence in self-motivation to excel.
