Job Description:
The Regional Key Account Manager will be responsible for overseeing and cultivating key account relationships within the consumer durables sector in the North & Tamilnadu Region of India. This role involves strategic account management, business development, and collaboration with internal teams to drive revenue growth and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the consumer durables sector within the North & Tamilnadu Region.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans aligned with overall business objectives, focusing on revenue growth and market share expansion.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region, expanding the portfolio of key accounts.
- Negotiate terms, contracts, and agreements with key accounts, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships and compliance with company policies.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscapes, and industry trends within the consumer durables sector in the North & Tamilnadu Region.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop accurate sales forecasts, ensuring alignment with regional business goals.
- Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and product teams to align strategies and ensure seamless execution of plans.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers through prompt issue resolution and regular communication.
- Set and achieve revenue targets for the North & Tamilnadu Region, implementing strategies to drive sales and maximize profitability.
- Analyze data to assess account performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and make informed business decisions.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute promotions, marketing campaigns, and initiatives specific to the North & Tamilnadu Region.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and provide regular reports on key account performance, market trends, and regional activities.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager in the consumer durables sector, specifically within the North & Tamilnadu Region of India.
- Strong negotiation and strategic planning skills.
