Role: Regional Sales Manager – Prime Home Loan

Location: Bangalore & Hyderabad


Key Responsibilities:


1. Sales Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies for prime home loans.
  • Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

2. Team Leadership & Management

  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of Area Sales Managers (ASMs), Relationship Managers (RMs), and Sales Officers.
  • Monitor team performance and drive productivity through KPIs.
  • Motivate and mentor the sales team for high performance.

3. Business Development

  • Drive business growth by developing new channels (e.g., DSA, connectors, builders).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and key stakeholders.
  • Explore and onboard high-potential locations or geographies.

4. Customer Relationship Management

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Resolve customer escalations promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure adherence to turnaround times (TAT) for loan processing.


Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of home loan products, especially in the prime segment
  • Deep understanding of mortgage lending, housing finance, and credit assessment
  • Excellent leadership and team management capabilities
