We are looking for a dynamic and adaptable Strategic Operations Manager to join our real estate team. This role requires strong strategic thinking, a solid financial background, and the ability to manage and analyze large datasets to support business growth and decision-making. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with financial models, SQL, and Excel, and able to respond flexibly to ad-hoc business needs.Job Description (Primary Responsibilities) • Drive strategic planning and operational initiatives aligned with real estate business objectives. • Build, maintain, and refine financial models to support investment decisions, rental performance analysis, forecasting, and overall portfolio performance. • Analyze large volumes of property and market data using SQL and Excel to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. • Develop business case models to assess rental yield, asset performance, and value-add opportunities. • Provide data-driven insights to support key functions such as acquisitions, leasing, and operations. • Create executive-level reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate insights to leadership. • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across the property portfolio to inform strategic decisions and operational improvements. • Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, asset management, and operations teams to drive highimpact strategic projects. • Adapt quickly to changing business needs, managing ad-hoc analysis and reporting requirements with agility. • Present clear, concise, and actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders to support data-informed decision-making.Desired Skills/Qualifications: • Masters and Bachelor’s degree from Tier 1 colleges preferred . • 5+ years in data science or modeling, preferably in real estate. • Proficient in Python, R, and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). • Knowledge of statistical modeling and machine learning. • Demonstrated interest in real estate/SFR through experience or studies. • Strong analytical and communication skills. • Strong work ethic with a proactive, results-driven mindset. • Engaging personality with curiosity and creative problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills/Qualifications: • Experience with SQL for data querying. • Familiarity with SFR market trends and dynamics. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
