Business Associate-StrategyOverview:Strategic associates will identify business needs and solutions within the context of the overalldirection of a company. They develop and implement critical business solutions throughinformation gathering, synthesis, review, and testing. They secure and allocate resources, manageimplementation schedules, and facilitate meetings.Responsibilities:● Elicit, analyse, specify, and validate the business needs of stakeholders, be they customersor end users.● Classifying the strategic choices for addressing a specific situation and supporting theexecution of the business strategy● Work closely with the management to design business plans, projections, project or teamOKRs, MIS and Dashboard.● External Analysis: Assess the existing opportunities and threats of the organisation’sexternal environment, comprising industry and environmental forces● Internal Analysis: Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the organisation in its internalenvironment including its resources and competencies● Strategy Design: Design strategies that form and endure competitive advantage bymatching the strengths and weaknesses with the opportunities and threats of theorganisation● Strategy Execution:Apply the developed strategies and monitor execution by identifyingresources, processes and KPIs● Strategic Control: Measure achievements and make adjustments in areas where thestrategies are not generating the anticipated resultsCandidate Profile:● 4-7 years of experience in a similar role● MBA in Business Planning or Analysis from reputed college as must● Proven record in business strategy—from planning to implementation● Skilled in business planning, cost analysis, SWOT analysis and other strategic tools● Knowledge of OKR, goal setting, BI tools and report automation● Experience in retail or ecommerce a must● Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive● Solid business acumen along with good problem solving skills● Have excellent communication and business-facing skills, are organised and able to multitask effectively ● Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail
