Designation: Senior Executive – Business Development (Sales)   Industry:  Facilities Management Experience:  3–5 Years Location:  Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh   Job Summary   We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven  Senior Executive – Business Development  to drive sales growth in the   Facilities Management (FM)  sector. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client   relationships, and closing deals across integrated facilities services such as housekeeping, security, technical services,   and property management.     Key Responsibilities   ∙ Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities in the Facilities Management sector   ∙ Generate leads through market research, networking, cold calling, and referrals   ∙ Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations to understand customer requirements   ∙ Prepare and present proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, and commercial negotiations   ∙ Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, real estate developers, and property   owners   ∙ Coordinate with operations and service delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients   ∙ Track sales pipeline, forecasts, and reports using CRM tools   ∙ Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies   ∙ Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to promote company services   Key Skills & Competencies   ∙ Strong knowledge of Facilities Management services     ∙ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills   ∙ Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools   ∙ Ability to work independently and collaboratively   Qualifications   ∙ MBA or equivalent qualification is an added advantage   Experience Requirements   ∙ 3–5 years of proven experience in  Business Development / Sales   ∙ Prior experience in  Facilities Management, Property Management, Real Estate, or related services  is highly   preferred
