Role: Capital Consultant / Business Development Experience: 2–6 years Location: Noida Reporting To: Business Development Manager / Head of Organisation CredFund is expanding its team and looking for talented Capital Consultants to help source companies that require debt and connect them with the right lenders through our platform. Role Overview As a Capital Consultant, you will source SMEs and mid-market companies with financing needs, build relationships with promoters/CFOs, understand their credit requirements, and drive the deal from documentation to disbursal. This is a high-ownership, sales-driven role. Key Responsibilities Source companies needing: Working Capital, Term Loans, SCF/Channel Finance, Invoice Discounting, Machinery Loans, Structured/Asset-backed Debt. Build strong relationships with promoters, CFOs, controllers, and treasury teams. Understand borrower financials: GST trends, bank statements, WC cycle, DSCR, collateral, repayment history. Coordinate between borrowers, lenders, and underwriting teams. Drive end-to-end movement: Documentation → Assessment → Sanction → Disbursal . Maintain CRM discipline and weekly MIS reporting. Ideal Candidate Experience: 2–6 years in SME banking, NBFC sales, SCF, business loans, debt syndication, or trade finance. Strong communication and relationship-building with senior finance leaders. Good understanding of business models and financial statements. High hustle, outbound BD mindset, and comfort with field visits. Process-driven and able to manage long sales cycles. Apply at:
