The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling HCM consulting and advisory services with a proven ability to identify and close new business opportunities. This role requires a proactive individual who is passionate about sales growth. This role is crucial for expanding our client base and driving revenue growth in the HCM sector.Key Responsibilities:Identify, target and engage potential clients in need of HCM consulting and advisory services and related solutions through research, networking and prospectingDevelop and implement strategic sales plans Conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand client challenges and present tailored HCM solutionsDeliver compelling presentations to be HR allies and navigators for the client, share HR best practices and add value to the customer from a platform agnostic perspectiveBuild and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders in target organizationsTrack and report on sales activities, pipeline and performance metricsStay informed about industry trends, market dynamics and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and adapt strategiesRequired experience and skillsProven experience in a sales hunter role, specifically within the HCM industryExperience of HCM specific consulting and advisory Strong track record of meeting or exceeding targetsIn-depth knowledge of Hire to Retire lifecycle, HCM solutions and industry best practicesExcellent communication, negotiation and relationship building skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
