About the Role:
The ideal candidate for the Manager – Programmatic & Social (Biddable Media) role should have 3 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years of hands-on campaign management across platforms like DV360, The Trade Desk, and Meta Ads. Experience in client communication, campaign strategy, and cross-functional collaboration.

Reports To: (Director of Programmatic / Head of Media Buying)
Job Summary:We need a Programmatic Media Buyer with expertise in DSPs (The Trade Desk, DV360, Amazon DSP, etc.) to manage large-scale programmatic campaigns, optimize real-time bidding (RTB), and maximize performance across display, video, CTV, and native advertising.
Key Responsibilities:Programmatic Strategy & Execution:
- Plan and execute campaigns via The Trade Desk (TTD), DV360, StackAdapt, or other DSPs.
- Manage private marketplace (PMP) deals, open auctions, and programmatic direct.
- Implement audience targeting strategies (1st/3rd-party data, lookalikes, contextual targeting).
Campaign Optimization:
- Optimize bidding strategies, frequency capping, and budget allocation.
- Use AI-driven tools, dynamic creative optimization (DCO), and attribution modeling.
- Monitor brand safety, ad fraud, and viewability (IAS, DoubleVerify, Moat).
Data & Tech Management:
- Troubleshoot tracking (pixels, server-side tagging, conversion APIs).
- Analyze performance in Google CM360, Adobe Analytics, or Looker Studio.
- Stay ahead of cookieless solutions (UID2, Google Privacy Sandbox, LiveRamp).
3 - 5years in programmatic buying (TTD, DV360, Amazon DSP, or similar).
Hands-on experience with DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges, and DMPs/CDPs.
Strong knowledge of RTB, PMPs, deal IDs, and omnichannel attribution.
Media management in a B2C Environment.
Nice-to-Have:- Experience with CTV/OTT, DOOH, or retail media networks (Walmart Connect, Criteo).
- Familiarity with programmatic audio or in-game advertising.
- Certifications: The Trade Desk Edge, Google Display & Video 360, IAB.
